My Cinco de Mayo Dinner!
I made a yummy Taco Salad for dinner tonight. It was a healthy version, made with lean ground turkey, lots of greens, spicy herbs, low fat cheese and fresh salsa. Plus, I tried those new multigrain nacho chips. All in all, it was a tasty dinner.
