Today I decided to have a bowl of natural oatmeal with fat free milk and a baA number of health benefits are attributed to regular intake of oatmeal. These include:


•Lower blood cholesterol.

•Reduced risk of heart disease.

•Healthier metabolism.

•Stabilized blood glucose levels.

•Healthy weight control.

•Normalized blood pressure.

I know it sounds boring but my tummy always feels good after I eat oatmeal.
